Transport and excursions
The old module was replaced with a guided five-step flow with real-time data validation. We eliminated incomplete requests and the constant follow-up calls.
We switched on automatic multilingual confirmations (IT, EN, DE) and tidy summaries for the operator, perfectly usable on phone and computer. The workflow got faster.
We designed the system to take on later modules: availability synchronised with the company calendar, verified addresses, payment links by email and self-service booking around the clock.
Android app & web platform
We designed and developed the entire technology ecosystem (easyplife.it): Android app, web platform and cloud infrastructure. An assistant for the home, finances, paperwork, health and time.
One photo of a receipt and the products are recognised, sorted by category and added to the inventory with their expiry dates, nothing typed in. Deadlines can be scheduled up to a year ahead and fire on the right date even if the app stays closed for months. Subscriptions and the free trial are validated on the server rather than on the phone, so permissions update across all of that person's devices. Privacy consents are recorded to the letter of the law, with proof of which version of the document the user accepted, and when.
